As stated above, we consider that you have agreed to all of the terms and conditions when you are placing an order with us.
- In case you claim for any return, you will not be authorized for a 100% refund.
- We have the right to retain at least 50% of the total amount of the order as fees or services charges which have been incurred as working on the project.
- The refund is valid only in a condition once the customer has provided enough proofs of problems in the work.
- Chargeback or refund is not valid if it is claimed after 10 days of order delivery.
- We will be investigating the order which is claimed for a refund and it might take 30 days.
- No refund shall be entertained on the orders which are placed on a deadline of 48 hours or fewer hours deadline.
